At The Bake Station, we take great care to ensure your cakes and desserts reach you fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within Delhi NCR
  • Deliveries outside our serviceable areas may be available on request, subject to confirmation and extra charges.

2. Delivery Partners

  • We have official collaborations with trusted third-party delivery partners to handle the transport of our baked goods.
  • Once your order is handed over to the delivery partner, The Bake Station is not responsible for any delays, mishandling, or damages that occur during transit.
  • However, we will always assist you in coordinating with the delivery partner to resolve any issues quickly.

3. Delivery Timings

  • Orders are usually delivered within the selected time slot at checkout.
  • For same-day orders, please place your order at least 3–4 hours in advance, depending on availability.
  • Delivery timings may vary during festive seasons, holidays, or bad weather conditions.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may vary based on location, order value, and delivery partner pricing.
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount — as per current promotions.

5. Receiving the Order

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order at the scheduled time.
  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order will be treated as delivered, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

6. Self Pick-Up

  • Customers may also opt for self pick-up from our store.
  • Pick-up orders must be collected at the scheduled time to ensure product freshness and quality.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, third-party delays) do not qualify for refunds.
  • In case we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduleyour order.
