Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Bake Station, every cake and dessert is freshly made to order with the utmost care and precision. As our products are perishable and custom-made, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy:

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order and before the preparation process has begun.

Once an order is confirmed and baking has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

For same-day or urgent orders, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

As all our cakes and bakery products are perishable and made to individual requirementswe do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered or picked up.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of an incorrect or damaged order, and must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photos as proof.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Quality Concerns

  • We take great care to maintain quality and freshness. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us promptly so we can review the situation.
  • Decisions regarding replacements or refunds are made at our discretion, after assessing the issue.

4. Delivery Issues

  • We have collaborations with third-party delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you fresh and on time.
  • Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, The Bake Station is not responsible for delays, handling issues, or damages that occur during transit.
  • In case of significant delivery issues, we will assist you in coordinating with the delivery partner to resolve the matter.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, it will be treated as a completed order and no refund will be applicable.
